What are the benefits of Relay?

Relay is a safer, faster, and easier way to stay in control of your account. You get access to your own private, secure place, where you can connect, communicate, and receive important updates and notifications from Highmark Blue Shield, right to your mobile phone.

What are the types of communications I may receive?

You might receive product, service, account information, and more.

Am I charged for any notifications I receive on my mobile phone?

There are no charges for this Service other than the typical charges associated with your mobile plan.

Can I opt out of mobile notifications?

Yes. You are in complete control of this service and you can stop at any time. You may control the frequency or opt out of mobile messages by doing either of the following:

Adjust Alert Frequency settings once you are signed in at

- Always: You'll get a text notification for every message you receive.

- Daily: You'll get a maximum of 1 text notification per day.

- Mute: You won't receive any text notifications.

To turn off this service completely, text STOP to Relay (73529).
